Now L-Tyrosine is an essential amino acid and a precursor of the neurotransmitters dopamine, norepinephrinem, epinephrine (adrenaline) and the thyroid hormones.*

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1/4 teaspoon in juice or water, preferably between meals, 1 to 3 times daily.
