EU Customers Due to high custom fees and the number of people refusing packages, we no longer accept orders for EU addresses.
UK delivery times: Standard mail deliveries may be slower during winter times and the Royal Mail is already reducing the number of days for package deliveries from 4 days to 2 days for many areas. Saturdays may be one of the days when the Royal Mail deliver packages. Letters are usually delivered 5 or 6 days a week.
If you need immediate attention please contact your local health centre.
Please no address/order changes or special orders are accepted at this time. Make the necessary arrangements for your packages to be delivered if you used a work or temporary address during ordering.

Returns: All returned must be authorised by our staff. Accepted returns may have a 20% restocking fee. Please check your order carefully before making a purchase.
Refund requests for packages in transit will need to return the arriving package before getting a refund.

Postage & Delivery (For Normal Times)
We process orders in 1 to 2 working days, depending on order size, this will also allow people to correct any shipping address issues or make order modifications. Postage cost is calculated during checkout and we will offer the best possible price in every order. Average delivery time is 3 to 4 working days after processing your order.
Outside UK, order may take 8 to 12 working days. Weekends and holidays need to be considered when expecting an order. We use Royal Mail and local couriers.
