NOW Ojibwa Herbal Extract is a concentrated blend of high-quality, alcohol-free, 4:1 herbal extracts formulated according to a traditional Ojibwa Indian formula. A suggested daily use of three capsules is approximately equivalent to 4 oz of the traditional tea formula or 2 TBSP of NOW Ojibwa Tea Concentrate Liquid.

Suggested Use:  As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 3 times daily, preferably 30 minutes before meals or at bedtime. Consider taking this product in combination with NOW AHCC and Super Antioxidants.
