Nature's Way St. John's Wort extract is standardized to 0.3% Dianthrones measured as Hypericin and provides the daily dosage used in the most recent clinical studies.  

Other Ingredients: Gelatin, Millet, Magnesium Stearate.

Directions: Take one capsule two to three times daily with water at mealtimes. Best results are obtained with continuous use.
