Magnesium Ascorbate is a buffered (non-acidic) form of Vitamin C that will not contribute to gastric irritation in acid-sensitive persons. Magnesium Ascorbate is synthesized from a combination of Ascorbic Acid and Magnesium to form Magnesium Ascorbate.  

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1/4 level teaspoon daily, preferably with meals.

Contains no: sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, milk, soy, preservatives, chemical additives or artificial colors.

Magnesium Ascorbate is a buffered form of vitamin C which contains approximately 87% Ascorbic Acid and 7.5% Magnesium.
