Kelp is a nutritional seaweed. This species of kelp grows in coastal ocean waters from 1 to 10 feet deep with the tide.
Nature's Way uses whole dried plant contains 0.06% iodine.

Suggested Use:   Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with food. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Other Ingredients: Gelatin (capsule).
