Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 Vcap daily, preferably with meals. Consider taking this product in combination with NOW Vitamin C and B-Complex vitamins.  

Other Ingredients: Rice flour, cellulose (capsule), magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silica.
