Directions: Take at bedtimes as needed with a full glass of water. Adults & children age 15 and over: Take 1 capsule daily. Do not take more than 1 capsule in a 24-hour period. Not recommended for children under 15 years of age. Do not take for more than 1 week as frequent or prolonged use may result in de pendence.

Warnings: Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools or abdominal pain because Aloe Vera, Buckthorn and Cascara Sagrada may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. consult a professional if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking other supplementation or have a wellness condition.
