Suggested use:

Adults and Children 5 years and over: Take two ca plets on day one and day two. Thereafter, take one ca plet daily. Begin to introduce dairy back into your diet on day 3. Some individuals may require two ca plets daily.

Must be taken daily to maintain results - as symptoms will return if this product is discontinued. Some gas and bloating may occur during the first few days. Do not stop taking current supplements prior to discussing with a licensed professional. Parental supervision is required for use by children.
