The Benefits of DIM-plus DIM-plus contains diindolylmethane , a phytonutrient found in cruciierous vegetables including broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliilower and kale. Unlike other plant nutrients, such as soy isoflavones, diindolylmethane has unique hormonal benefits.
It supports the activity of enzymes that improve estrogen metabolism. Scientiiic research shows diindolylmethane increases the level of "favorable" estrogens (2-hydroxy-estrogen) while reducing the level of "less favorable" estrogens (16-hydroxy-estrogen).
The DIM-plus Diiierence Patented Complex: DIM-plus contains BioResponse-DIM and its patented, enhanced bioavailability delivery system for diindolylmethane.
Enhanced Absorption: The bioavailability of DIM-plus is superior to regular diindolylmethane and its unstable precur sor, indole-3 carbinol (I3C). With DIM-plus you are assured a stabilized dose and consistent benefit from each capsule.
Extra Cruciierous Vegetables: DIM-plus also contains the unique Protectamins cruciierous vegetable blend ( spinach, cabbage and concentrated broccoli powders ) for added phytonutrients.

Directions: Recommended Dose(Women): Take 2 capsules daily with food. (Men): Take 2 capsules twice daily with food.
For Intensive Use (Women & Men): Take up to double the recommended dose.
Warnings: Do not use this product ii you are pregnant or lactating. A harmless but noticeable change in urine color may occur during usage.

Really helps me to balance my mood swings and menstruation

I had been using this product and the found it hard to re-order from a different supplier. So I located it on this website and have started re-using it. I find it really helps with my low moods and menstruation. I am also an IBS sufferer, so I have difficulty consuming actual greens with much comfort to my bowels should we say. So knowing that there is some form of nutrients that I would normally get from being able to actually consume green veg is a good.
The capsules arrived very quickly, where as when I have purchased from other places before, there has been delays of weeks before they arrive.
